Recent support tickets lodged cannot be accessed? Site now redirects and my correct credentials no longer work? (https://support.tsplus.net/ ---> https://terminalserviceplus.freshdesk.com/support/home or https://tsplus.org/tsplus-support-engl/ ).
Multiple browsers tested.
Firefox just gives a blank page and Chrome give a "refused to connect"?
Can anyone assist? Very lost.

We switched to a new ticketing system recently so I understand the confusion. You will need to create a new account and authentify yourself here : https://terminalserviceplus.freshdesk.com/
You can also create a new support ticket automatically by sending an email to support@terminalserviceplus.com
