Updating to 8.40 - OPTIONS PROBLEM

After updating one of my systems from 8.30 to 8.40 final, i get an error message after login from my web portal page:

"OPTIONS PROBLEM - CONTACT ADMINISTRATOR".

Where do i have to search? Is this a known issue?

Hello,

I do not reproduce this issue, have you tried deleting your client's browser cache by pressing ctrl + F5 ?

I get the same error when testing with a different client.

Hello,

Could you open a windows explorer on your TSplus, locate and delete these two files if present :

C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\UserDesktop\files

Nohttp.txt
StartHTTP.txt

Hello,

i installed the update again, error still there. There are no such files in the tsplus-folder.

What else can i do?

I have installed 8.40 on another server now, which is not a portal server. The error does not occure there. Seems that only my portal server comes up with this error.

as i wrote in my last post, there are no such files in the tsplus folder.

After completely uninstalling the tsplus-software from my gateway portal server, i could install 8.40 full-setup. I can login to my portal-server now, but not on an other server of this farm. The connection message appears, counts to 3, says connected and closes the connection.

Whats this?
