Hello,
We have a site currently using 11.50.9.4. One user on site when they try and login the application, floating panel or Desktop screen goes black and we unable to close it (unless we kill it from task manager). We are able to log into the TS Plus box via standard RDP and other using we the same settings are working correctly with the RemoteApp setup.
Please come can someone help as we have other sites getting updated and installed with TS Plus and would like to know how to fix this if others start getting the same issue.

This ongoing issue with RemoteApp occurs around the 15th session and there will be a fix very soon for this issue, the beta is being validated as we speak.

The fix for Remote App is now available. you can proceed to update your TSplus server to the latest release.
