TSPlus and Teamviewer conflict

Post by srgmbh » Fri Jul 24, 2015 7:37 pm

Hi guys,

I have recently installed TSPlus and SeamlessClient is working with no issues. However, when user2 is logged in to the server using a client file while user1 (administrator) is logged into the server machine directly, when trying to connect to the server with Teamviewer, all I see is a green screen with the TSplus Taskbar on the side (basically all that Teamviewer is showing is the remote session of user2).

Why is Teamviewer not simply showing the desktop of the directly logged in user1?
Is there any way to avoid this from happening?

Thanks!!

Hello,

You need to beware of Teamviewer default settings which may conflict TSplus TCP port which are the 80, 443 and 3389 as default.

TSPlus and Teamviewer conflict
What are the suggestions on correcting this?
Is there a change required in Teamviewer?
What is the best option?
