User profile synching between farm member servers

Hello,

Is there any settings for synching user (roaming) profiles, so that they will be consistent (as in having the same desktop setup, files, background, etc.)?
In the RDS world, one needs to specify a central location for the RDS user profile in ADUC:

I have it setup and it is working in our RDS environment, but it doesn't seem to apply for TSP. Not sure where to look for it

Hello,

Remote desktop profiles are not supported with TSplus because they rely on RDS role.

OK, Got that. But, is there any equivalent setting? In a farm environment, how do I make sure that the user desktop is the same no matter which server they hit?

arbor-inc, could not reply to your PM. Have not posted here in a long time so I guess they disable PM reply on me.
I just simply created a new Group Policy object and linked it to the OU where my TS Plus server is in. I just did it for user documents but you can obviously do the same thing for User desktops. The Path has to be a network share with appropriate permissions set for your users.
