I recently installed TSPlus enterprise on my win 2012 server. Is it possible to make files available to download if I send the full url to the end user? and if so how can I do this? Do I need to install iis?
Apologise if this has been covered somewhere on here before.

Yes this is possible because TSplus installs a web server. The root path is located in C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\Clients\www\
So you can basically create a new folder, store your files and send the link to your users, it should like this after creating a "files" folder in C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\Clients\www\files :
(example)
http://myserver.com/files/update.exe
