Is there a way to disable all cookies on TSplus?
Situation: Laptop was hooked up to projector. Went to our TSPlus login page (in Chrome): resolution was decreased and text size increased. We assumed this was due to the projector. We would prefer regular resolution, but it was acceptable.
Problem: Now that projector is removed, when we go back to the site with that same laptop, we still get the same resolution as when the projector was connected. If another PC is used, or another browser (with original laptop) it looks fine. My guess is that resolution is being saved in a cookie. Is there a way to disable all cookies or at least ones that affect resolution. Clearing cookies works, but some of our customers may not complain and just accept the wrong resolution (formatting is off with the large text). This is not ideal.

Re: Disable cookies?
Hello,
How the browser stores it lays completely out of my control.
If you mean RemoteApp client then my answer is not addressing it.
Unsure if i fully understand the entire story regarding what kind of client you mean, probably html5, but anyway despite of that cookies are not used for storage of resolution in html5 client, the resolution is computed by values that browser reports. My guess is that resolution is being saved in a cookie.

Re: Disable cookies?
Thank you for the fast response. I will look into browser settings.
Yes, it is HTML5, and the behavior is on the main login page before you even get to the remoteapp.
