I had version 9.6 running on a Windows 7 machine quite happily. Someone took advantage of the free Windows 10 upgrade, and now it has ceased to function - well, not entirely. If I set the user to have a remote desktop, or any other option, I can log on, and in task manager on the host machine I see the user, and there are a number of processes running under that user account. Howeve all the remote user sees is a blank screen.
Is there some setting I should know about to get it to work again?

Re: TSPlus after free Windows 10 upgrade
Hello,
You have applied a major system update, and many settings have been changed.
If you have updaterelease 9.6, you can apply it again, then restart your Windows 10.
You can also update your version from the 'License' tab of AdminTool and take advantage of the latest version.
