tsplus is working but only one client machine is not connecting

we installed ts plus for remote server , i checked every client pc its working fine , but only one pc is not connect

Check that this computer is connected to the network, and that the server address is correct. Check also that the antivirus on this computer is not preventing the TSplus client to launch properly.
