Appcontrol.ini file dissapear

I have the problem with a server where the published applications are disappearing.
When I check the appcontrol.ini file it has no information, I always have this restoring the backup.

I am using Windows Server 2012 with version TSPlus 10.40.8.5.

Please let me know what could be the problem, it is happening diary

This is a strange issue that has been seen in some rare cases. The solution is to edit the appcontrol.ini file properties and check the "Read only" box. Remember to uncheck this box if you wish to publish and assign new applications.
