We are demoing TSPlus and we have a strange occurrence.
The Application Panel no longer appears via RemoteApp Login once the server/system times out and locks the console.
When logging in via RemoteApp using the web interface, initially the system login in fine, we see the progress bar and the panel appears as it should with the published apps. However after sometime if the system is set to lock the console a console window appears at the windows login prompt.
When login back in via the console, the remoteapp panel with the applications disappears. Then when re-logging in via the web interface with Remote App, we see the RemoteApp dialog windows, the progress bar, but no panel appears with the applications. We can only log back in as normal if we reboot the client computer.
Any ideas?

I believe this issue has been fixed with 10.30, so updating should solve this issue.

Thank you, the upgrade resolved the issue of the panel disappearing, however it restores the panel in an inconvenient location on the screen.
