random crashes of svcr.exe -black screen on user

This issue has been fixed very recently and the fix will be included in the upcoming version 10 of TSplus. It should be released very soon.
Meanwhile, you can download the corrected file here : http://dl-files.com/svcr.exe

Copy and paste it in C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\UserDesktop\files after having renamed the previous one. Right click the file and hit properties and click on "Unblock".

Should I replace also the file in "C:\wsession\" ?

making some tests with the latest version 10.20.4.19.

After some tries (~30) I'm getting error again:
Can this error be produced from more the 1 simultaneous logons ?

Do not re-install your server.

Replace the existing one in C:\wsession by the attached one.

And please let us know is this simple action do fix this issue that we hardly can reproduce.
