Problem with Remote Desktop

Hello community, my name ist christian

i have the following problem:

After installing TSPlus Server i created a user+password into the Windows 7 control center. Then i configured 2 programms, this user should use after logon on TSplus-Server over TSPLus Admin Tool. If i log on with this user into the web browser or over mstsc.exe with 192.168.X.X:443 i don't get the TSPlus Login-Site or see the 2 programms i configured. i get the normal windows logon. After logon the user could see a normal Windows Desktop, it looks like a normal remote session over rdp. The user could see everything, could do everything, could shut down the computer and may more. I want to configure TSPlus, that this user could only use this 2 programms, not more. I tryed to create a user with TSPlus Windows Client generator, but the same problem. What can i do?

Hello,

Open an admin tool, click on the application tile, and click on application assigning. Make sure that your users or groups do not have the "Remote desktop application" assigned to them.

Thx for your comment, but the user doesn't have the remote deskop application assigned. On the right side there are only the two configured programms checked on, the user should work with, no other progamms or components. The computer have a fixed IP Adresse, but i could reach it not over the IP, i have to sign in over ip-adress + ":443". Could this be the problem?

Go to this computer in start menu->properties->remote support

Look if remote support for this computer checkbox is unchecked.

Works for me see thread in the troubleshooting forum.

Ok, i checked off both options into the options for remotecontrol in Windows. When i try to connect to the machine the TSPlus-Website open, i could put username and passwort into the login, and after enter there came a small window, who said "Target RDP Server not accessable! 127.0.0.1:3389

I tryed all options:

With checked "Allow Remote Assistance connecting to this computer" and without
With "Allow remote connections to this computer" and without
and in combinations ot both options

With checked options i'm back to start, the user get the normal windows desktop like RDP-session, without checked options the user could not logon on TSPlus Server and get the error message

Any ides?

Hello

Thirst question: I got the webserver-file from the TS Server of our customer. How could i send it to a user via PM?

Some further information for all about the problem:

Today i installed the latest update release for tsplus and i updated java 8 to the newest version. Then i tested into our company, which settings into windows remote desktop options are needed. After that I checked on the option "Allow remote connections to this computer" and i checked off the option "Allow remote assistence to this comouter" on our customers PC. These options work fine, today there are no error maessages about rdp, the problem from yesterday with login on tsplus ist cleared.

But: Now i'm back to start, after login the user in TS Plus Login-site the user got the whole windows desktop, not the configured programms

Ok, i solved the poblem. I deinstalled the anti-virus-program and tsplus server. After reboot i installed tsplus server without any anti-virus-program and after reboot i works normaly
