How to transfer a license to another server?

Hi
I would like to transfer my TSPlus license to another server and would like to know how this is done. I have opened a ticket in the support system twice but have not received any reply. I am in need of a response as the old server will be shut down shortly so I need to transfer the license before then.

Hi Simon,

As far as I know the only way to change from server and attach your license to the new server is by opening a ticket.
They need the serialnumber of the new server and your version. They will send you a new licensefile.

It's free, but the only condition is that you have annual support (fee).
