Hello,

looks like something went wrong during update.
1. logoff all users
2. then reinstall update
3. after reboot your server physically.

hi juwagn,
thx for the reply, followed your steps it doesn't work either. but i managed to found something...

i have 2 servers both running same windows server 2012 R2, connected both users using HTML5, found out in task manager there is some missing program running in background, (webime and webdownload) i went to UserDesktop/Files manually running webime.exe, BOOM! it temporary solved the problem but after the user sign out and sign in again, it doesn't work again :|

any comment on this issue?

Hello,

What I actually see, the necessary program (webime - command processing channel) does not start automatically. Since I did not program this start routine (that should run webime on session start) I can't say anything more therefore I recommend to open support ticket so your issue can be assigned to responsible person.
