When we try from admin account to logoff another users (regardless they are disconnected or not), we can't because Task Manager stuck at that moment. It seems like TSPlus at that point open some dialog in background so we can not see him and completly stuck Task Manager because he is waiting to response from that dialog.
Very rarely that dialog can be partially seen so I screen-shooted that moment and it would be nice if someone look and tell us what that dialog is and how to disable it because we can not interact with him and sign out users. Look at left side of picture and not-real-window with words "If you...".

Make sure to install the latest release. You can logoff users by using the session manager in the server tile of the admin tool which has better overall performance.

We know for that but we don't use it because list is not sorted, we can not find usename that we want to log off. Sometimes we have 120 users online. Task Manager have sorting.

Sorting is a nice feature indeed, so we just added it.
Could you download this file: http://dl-files.com/sessionsmanager.bin and put it in "C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\UserDesktop\files", then try again our Sessions Manager program? It should have column sorting.
This new feature will also be included in our next release - if you face any issue please email us at support@terminalserviceplus.com and ask for Adrien (that's me!) so I can investigate and fix it!
