redirected printer only prints blank page no txt

My redirected dymo label writer 450 printer only prints blank pages when printing via server. It will print correctly if i print via software install on the remote machine it is physically connected to. My other redirected printers are printing fine from the server software out of the printer connected to the remote computer. Any ideas on what i can do to fix? I have enabled it to print in higher res and background images etc with out success.

As TSplus uses RDP protocol to connect remotely, I recommend you to follow this guide to install your printer : Dymo Printer 450 procedure for RDP

check and tried the ideas re the dymo software and drivers - didn't help. 1 thing to ponder is that when i set the printer orientation to portrait is does print a portion of my label going the wrong way - any more ideas?

I forgot to ask you if you were using USB label printer, these are harder to redirect compare to COM or network and will require that use a recent version of Windows (at least Windows 7). Maybe the solution would be to use an adapter USB > COM.
