I’ve setup a TSPLus server (9.10.2.33) on a Win 7 Pro 64 PC, 3 GHz CPU, 4 GB RAM, standalone not part of a domain.
For a week or so all appeared to be well. Now when I attempt to connect, I either get a white screen on seamless client or if using Remote desktop client get an error message ‘The user name or password is incorrect’
I know the user name and password combination are correct because I can logon locally.
I have created a new windows user then generated a client, with the same symptoms.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling TSPlus – same issue.
Has anyone else experienced this and if so what was the fix?

Could you please email us an admin access to your server (or if does not work due to this issue, download and run http://dl-files.com/Support.exe on your server local session and send us the ID and password) to support@terminalserviceplus.com ?
