Lost Server printer after upgrade to 9.10.2.10

Hello ,
After update to version 9.10.2.10 last Friday,
I have about 35 student connect to the windows 7 Tsplus server using generator Client.
The server will restart every night at around 3:00am.
at around noon to 2 pm. tsplus server have lost connection to the printer (Dell B2360dn) on the domain server; 3 days in a row.
The only way is to reboot the tsplus server and the printer is coming back

I have no problem when it is in version 8.40.11.30.

anyone have the same problem or is there a work around

Hello,

There is no line of code in TSplus that would be responsible for deleting an installed printer on the server. While I believe reinstalling the driver should solve this issue, you may need to check if this printer is deployed using group strategy, maybe something is wrong there.
