Universal Printer Problem

Hi all,
today I had a problem with the universal printer function.
I have TsPlus version 8.40.11.26 installed on a Win2008R2 server.
there are 40 users running my desktop application and one of them sent a print job of more than 200MB on the universal printer.
this is an error of that user of course, but the problem is that it seems that the other users won't see their print jobs because queued after this big print job.
I have to delete all the jobs on the universal printer on the server side in order to use the printing function normally.

is there a way to set the universal printer to work independently for every user connection?

Hello,

This is not possible so I would recommend you to warn your users about this so this does not happen again. A 200 MB document should be splitted in 50 MB each to be more easy to digest by the server.
