no login -> webaccess

Hi,

I'm just evaluating tsplus, so i used win7 for installing tsplus. I created a user called 'user1'. i assigned the local win-user to a web user. in the documentation screenshot there is a pulldown menu where i can select the local win-user. i dont have this pull-down menu, i have to write the users name myself.

when i try to connect over the web access, i write the web access credentials in the form. when i write the web-users name in the field, there is a "X" on the right hand and the login doesn't work. to my mind the connection between the local win-user and the web access user doesn't work.

how can i fix this?

Hello,

Unchecking the "Generate a gateway enabled web page" box in the admin tool / web tile / web portal preferences should solve this issue.

Enabling this feature allows you to assign a TSplus server to a user or a group, if no user or group are assigned no remote connection are allowed.
