RemoteApp on Windows 10
I have TSplus 9.10.1.15 installed on a Windows 10 Pro computer. I've generated a portable client. But when I run it (from a local computer), there's a blue background hiding my local desktop. I can't figure out how to remove the background. It's probably something simple. I selected the RemoteAPP [sic] client option for Preferred display mode (on the General tab).

Hello,
Could you install the latest update posted this morning ? I believe it should fix this.
You may also want to delete cache from previous connection client by deleting the RDP6 folder located in C:\Users\name of the user\RDP6 or follow procedure here : http://www.terminalserviceplus.com/docs ... ted-client

Re: RemoteApp on Windows 10
I installed the update release 9.10.1.29, rebooted the server (Windows 10 Pro) and regenerated a RemoteApp connection program. I deleted the RDP6 folder from the local computer. I'm still getting the blue background.

Hello,
Are you able to connect remotely by any other method ? If no, then check your firewall to allow 3389/443/80 tcp port in both directions. Otherwise, reinstalling TSplus should solve this issue.
