error 0xc0000142 when logoff

How to remove this Warning? this warning message show up when user logoff...

The Application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142) . Click OK
to terminate the application.

Hello,

This issue occurs because a program fails to close properly at logoff. If you open a task manager on the console of the server and sort the processes by users, you should be able to see which process is responsible for that.
