I am trying to redirect a USB signature pad into the session. Client devices are Thin clients with USB redirection enabled. Can you advise what if any settings in TS plus need to be enabled. The signature pad is a WACOM STU-430 - a fairly basic device. Very important to get this working.
The server is Windows 2012. The thin clients are detecting the device correctly.

Re: USB Redirection
Hello,
Redirecting USB devices can be tricky. First of all I would recommend you to use the same version of Windows on client and server side. All clients and servers must be 32 bits or 64 bits and not a mix of both as it can lead to device driver issues.
In any case make sure you have installed the latest version of RDP client on all computers to ensure the best compatibility. Some exotic devices will have better chances to be redirected with RDP 7 or 8.
Some devices have also specific procedures for installing in a Remote Desktop environment.
You could also try out USB for RDP, which is cheap and has good performance : rds-tools.com/usb-for-rdp/
