Can't pick from multiple app servers

I did a test install of version 8.20.5.10.

As I understand it, I can create a multiple server list. I have done so. I have assigned a test user to both servers. From the YouTube video, I should see a server option in the login screen to pick which server to use. I don't get this option. Only Username, Password & Domain. No Server. I've cleared the client web cache and refreshed the page multiple times.

Suggestions??

I also checked (and unchecked) the "Generate a Gateway Portal enabled Web Page) option in the Webmaster Toolkit, along with HMTL5, Java & Windows.

Make sure you enabled the "Gateway portal feature", make sure you assigned your servers to users / groups : terminalserviceplus.com/docs/managing-gateway-users

You may have to refresh your client browser to reflect the changes.
