New problem
Printing stopped working (over Universal Printer) to all users of our server (Win 2012 R2). We hard reset the server, but it did not help. TSPlus Version 8.20.4.23
Please help.

Correction: server reset has solved the problem for some users, but not for all. For some users still not working.

Hello,
make sure you do not have activated a group policy that prevents the local disks to be redirected as it can lead to printing issues. If you using adobe acrobat reader on client side then I recommend you to install FoxIt and try again.
Open a windows explorer and locate the following path : C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\Clients\www\
Then edit the properties of folder print and prints, go the properties tab and allow all users to write in these folders.
If the Universal Printer is shown within the control panel/printer list as “Unavailable” or if you deleted it then you need to reinstall it using this link : dl-files.com/Setup-UniversalPrinter.exe and reboot.
Note that the Universal printer is not compatible with the use of CutePDF.
More information about printing issues can be found here : tsplus.net/support/kb/faq.php?cid=4

We have folders "prints" and "print5". Is that ok? Should we create "print" ?

We make full reinstall of TSP and this solved the problem. But I'm concerned that it is not clear how this happened. The settings on our server/TSP are not changed, users are limited to start only one (our) business application and everything worked properly for some time. Users might have Acrobat Reader or CutePDF, but it is not under our control. What could happen to block ALL users at once?
Thanks for help.

Hello,
@SaleCar : If the folder do not exist, do edit prints and print5 to allow users to write.
@Nbatocanin : This behavior you encountered probably comes from an automatic update, either a windows update, or antivirus update or other. To prevent this from happening in the future I tend to recommend not to have automatic installation of any sort on a production server to keep it "as is" as much as possible.

Win update is off and it we update server only manually (update is not apply at least 30 days). AV is update every day, but do not know how I can avoid it? Which AV do you recommend? On the server we do not use any other program.
Does TSP have a system log where you can see what happened?

Hello,
There isn't any AV that we recommend but you could set up a scan exclusion rule on the following folders to prevent your AV from blocking any of the processes related to TSplus.
You will need to set an exclusion rule in your antivirus on the following path : C:\Program Files (86)\TSPlus and C:\wsession
On client side the exclusion is to be set the following path : C:\Users\Nameoftheuser\RDP6
