Can't print from Google Chrome -- Blank pages

I have several users who cannot print from google chrome using HTML5 -- it is printing a blank page.

My users print from google chrome, using the built in pdf viewer available with chrome, then choose print. The printer just prints a blank page. Users are advising the first printout is OK but any other time they print w/out logging off, it simply prints a blank page.

I do not reproduce this issue, are you using the latest release of TSplus ?

It seems the latest release of Chrome fixes this issue. If you still cannot print using the Universal Printer, reinstalling it should solve this issue as it may not be related to Chrome.

The solution:

Apply dl-files.com/Setup-UniversalPrinter.exe
AND
Reboot (mandatory)
