Flickering Apps

When I am using MS Visual FoxPro development environment on TSPlus 8.10.3.7 I often experience window flickering after a mouse click. The windows flash dozens of times and then stops. The server is Windows 2012 R2 and the video driver is an Intel Driver. I have attached a screen shot of the driver. I have seen this sometimes with the admin tool. In previous messages it was mentioned that it was due to basic Microsoft video drivers being install but this time it is an Intel driver.

I do not seem to have this problem on two other Windows 2012 R2 servers which use the same driver.

I am having the data center check a new Windows 2012 R2 server today because it start flashing the desktop and TSPlus is not installed on this server. It is just in administrative mode so it just a bare server. The drivers are the correct manufacturers drivers so I am wondering if there maybe a bug in the Intel video driver that also affects TSPlus from time to time.

I have tried all day and unfortunately I was not able to reproduce this case yet, I know that you are not alone experiencing this and I need to find out why and how this happens. My setup is a Windows 2012 R2 server with 2 cpu and 4gb ram up to date with the latest release of TSplus, Adobe XI and Office 2013 and I get no flickering regardless of the connection method I use. The operating system is brand new and no tweaking from my part has been made.

My test routine is simple :

1- I open 3 remote sessions.
2- I start Word and Excel.
3- I start Acrobat with a big PDF file.
4- I move all windows around to see if I get any flickering at all.
5- I start again at 1- with a different connection method. (Standard RDP / seamless / remote app / java / HTML5)

It does not happen all the time so that obviously makes it more difficult. I did notice that there are reports on the Internet about corrupt Intel video drivers and mine in particular perhaps that might have something to do with it.
