But when connecting with any mode (html5, java and windows) the connection don't make successful.... show some part of the remote desktop but after 2 second the connection windows turn down
first to test the TSPlus in this server, i had running TSPlus in a server whit same Operating system whit terminal server licensig, and the conecction was correct inmediatly
The question is: For any conection to a Window's system,i would necessarily have Windows licenses to terminal server ?

Hello,
TSplus is an alternative to MS TSE.
On W2008, you will have to uninstall TS role and TS licensing role prior installing TSplus. On W7 or XP these roles do not exists.
However, the client CALs for a Windows server can possibly be requested. If you use the TSplus system as a "file server" (via net use for example), or if you use IIS, or if you use it as a printer server, then the clients CALs remains required. You are not obliged to use Windows technologies for such functions: You can use a Linux system or a NAS as "file server"; our built-in web server has no limit "per user" an can be better than IIS.
Open an admin tool, and click on "Web Management Tool". make sure all features are set to green. if not, click on "Restart Web Server". If the server won't start, make sure you have not installed another web server or application that would be using the TCP port 80 and/or 443 (Skype for example). One easy test to do is to change the port of your webserver and restart the server again. A faq regarding this subject is available here : tsplus.net/support/kb/faq.php?id=6
Make also sure that your firewalls and / or antivirus (software or hardware) are not blocking port 80 and/or port 443 or any TSplus processes located in these two folders :
C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus
C:\wsession
Open a browser on the server, type in the address localhost and open a connection using the java or html5 mode. You should be able to open a session with a local or domain account.
If it still wont connect, uninstall java and delete the java folder located in C:\Program Files x86\ then reinstall java 64 bits on the server and make sure antivirus or firewall software are not blocking HTML5service.exe and SSHtunnel.exe processes.
