Hi
In the Admin tool under sessions there is an option to remote control a user but when you click the button it simply displays the information dialog about using the CTRL+* key to exit Remote control and then disappears. So I am currently using
Code: Select all
mstsc.exe /shadow:%session% /control /noConsentPrompt
where the %session% variable is supplied from a command file.
It would be nice to have this feature fixed. I am using TSPlus 8.1 on Windows Server 2012 R2
Thanks,
Simon

Hello,
This issue has been fixed, updating your TSplus server is necessary.

Hi
I updated to version 8.10.2.20 and the Remote Control of a session still does not work. It simply gives you the message dialog that tells you to use Ctrl+* to exit the remote control but it never actually allows you to remote control the session.

Hello,
I checked with our dev team and it seems the fix for this feature has not been integrated to the latest release yet. Meanwhile you can download and test the future session manager here : dl-files.com/sessionsmanager.exe
You can either use it directly or replace the original one located in C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\UserDesktop\files
Enjoy
