universal printer doesn't work

server: windows server 2012
Client: Windows 7 32 bit sp 1
printer client : epson plq-20

when I print on a local printer using Epson PLQ-20 hasinya normal, but if through the universal printer so the result should portrait landscape. is there any solution ???

Hello,

If you are using Adobe Acrobat reader I recommend you to use a different PDF reader such as FoxIt. Then you should be able to eventually set up your print format by using the print preview feature of your PDF reader.
