HTML Login Page Does Trigger Web Browser to Save Passwords.

Post by dcipher » Mon Sep 08, 2014 5:12 pm

Hi

For some reason users are not asked to save their passwords when accessing the HTML login page from their web browser. Most sites that have a login page cause the browser to prompt about saving passwords but not the TSPLus login page. Does any one know why this page does not trigger the browser to prompt about saving passwords. It is something to do with the page not the browser because the same browser will prompt for saving passwords on other sites.

Hello,

You can customize webpages with the webmaster toolkit located in the admintool / web tile so that each time you open this page an autologon with the desired user logs in. More information about the webmaster toolkit is available here : terminalserviceplus.com/videos/how-to-customize-html-web-access-pages.php

I have already done that but the issue is that the page never triggers an autologon nor does it ever ask to save the user name and password.
