After upgrading a working system to 7.30 I get the following message when attempting to log in using HTML5:

Hello,

Refreshing your browser with ctrl + F5 should solve this, if not clear your browser cache.

Neither refreshing the browser nor deleting the cookies worked.

I uninstalled TS Plus and reinstalled and it all now works as expected.

If we reinstall the product, then we have to buy a different key. How do we get around this issue?

Disregard. I was able to stop and restart the webservices within TSPlus and that worked.
