Logging in locally

Post by hsidorsky » Tue Jun 18, 2013 9:28 pm

I am very new at this and have had no prior experience with TSPlus or Citrix.

When I attempt to login with a local IP address I come to a screen that wants my User Name, Password and Domain. Realizing that I have not told TSPlus what my Domain address is I go to the the Web Administrator page and go to the Domain Name tab where it wants me to enter a Domain name without the suffix. When I try to set that up the page freezes and I cannot get out of it.

Any suggestions on this would be appreciated, for I am currently stuck in the water....

After pulling my hair out for hours and hours..... I did the unthinkable.... I uninstalled TSPlus and then reinstalled it. Believe it or not everything now works. I have even generated Clients that work.....

I must say that I am a bit disappointed in this forum. No one responded in any way.... that does not say much for support from the user base.

Hello Howard,

Sorry for the delay.
We try to have a community support on this forum, but when you have an urgent issue, do not hesitate to open a ticket on http://tsplus.net/support : it will be answered ASAP.

Also, you can always update your TSPlus server by running our UpdateRelease program (download at: tsplus.net/UpdateRelease.exe ).

I hope you will enjoy TSPlus!
