Hello
Sometimes our customers have strange problems with caps LOCK or uppercase/lowercase mode; The net effect is that, for example, in the same session, a Notepad instance writes to lowercase and another instance writes to uppercase. The problem appears randomly and various applications are affected.
Have you ever heard of such problems?
Using Flexicloud v 11.70.11.26 installed on Windows Server 2012R2; applications published via RemoteApp.
CAPS LOCK or uppercase/lowercase issues in session
Re: CAPS LOCK or uppercase/lowercase issues in session
Hello,
In some cases, If caps lock is activated before you open your session, this issue may occur otherwise disabling caps lock will activate it in your session. This is a normal behavior that we inherit from Windows.

Re: CAPS LOCK or uppercase/lowercase issues in session
Do you refer to having an application where keys are received uppercase and another application where entered keys are received lowercase and BOTH applications are in same rdp session ?
If yes, do you know a solution ?
Note that is -not- the same issue happening in Office applications as described here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/hel ... sktop-sess

Re: CAPS LOCK or uppercase/lowercase issues in session
Hello,
Ok no, I was referring to another issue where the status of the caps lock key would be inverted when opening the session, this is a RDP bug and we inherit it. Your case is different and I don't have any information about this.
