Our servers applied a windows update last night which is preventing us from having more than two people logged in. Support told us to uninstall and reinstall TSplus, which we have done, but our license key is now invalid as we moved to version 14. We have an outstanding support ticket and I need someone to generate the key asap! We have many customers that can't use the system. We have a valid support license and the correct number of enterprise tsplus licenses.
The support number is #20126.
Please can someone get back to us with the new key as this is a critical failure preventing us from supplying a service to our customers.
