No application is currently assigned to you

Weird issue. I published an app in the most recent version and when i assign it to all authenticated users i can log in and everything works. If i assign it to individual users i get the "No application is currently assigned to you" error message. I am assigning applications to Local user accounts outside of active directory.

This sounds like a security setting is preventing you to use this application this way. Uncheck the application portal feature if you only need one application per user or prefer the use of the floating panel / remote taskbar / application panel.
