Can't Add Applications with Release 12

No error messages. The "Test" button works great but the "Save" button closes the add application window and it simply doesn't save/add the application. Anyone else seen this?

Could you open a support ticket and provide us with an access to your server so that we can investigate this issue ?

I opened a ticket. The response I got was that there is already an update to release 12. It fixed the issue.
