Print to dotmatrix problem

Good Morning,

i have a problem with tsplus universal print, however when i set the document in a potrait setting then i print to local print (using tsplus universal print)
the document was printed on landscape setting. i using EPSON LX-300 II & LQ-2180.
Can Anyone help my problem please...

Hello,

For Dot Matrix printers such as yours I recommend you using standard printer redirection by checking the printer box in the local ressources tab of the client generator.

Print format of the Universal Printer can be changed in the admin tool / Server tile / Session opening preference.
