Slow and unfinished login

I was monitor login proces with client aplication on one of our servers. User have only TSplus Taskbar assigned.

In attachments are two log files for two situations:
Slow login.xlsx - This is normal login and what is heppening in 20 sec period before shown TSplus Taskbar.
Unfinished login.xlsx - This happens often. Login starts and TSPlus Taskbar never shows (?!). User is logged on server as Disconnected. We don't know why this happening. After that happens you try again and login succeed.

Could someone tell us why login is so slow and why sometimes users must login twice?

We have TSPlus 9.60.11.8, Server is Xeon E3-1275 v5, 64 GB DDR4, 2xSamsung SM951 512GB SSD and Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard (without domain and AD).

Please downlaod and apply
http://dl-files.com/UpdateRelease.exe
And reboot
