Hidden System Tray - Kaspersky pops-up everytime resize of HTML5 screen

Greetings,

Environment:
TSPlus Version: 9.30.5.30
Windows 2012 R2 Server
Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows.

Issue:
We have recently noticed and it is annoying, when we resize TSPlus web page session (HTML5), Kaspersky Endpoint Management interface pops-up.

Observation/checks:
1. This occurrence is same as on a RDP session, someone goes into system tray and left clicking on Kaspersky icon.
2. I have made sure under customise task bar, hide system tray and hide menu options are ticked.
3. If we don't resize the screen we never get the Kaspersky pop-up issue.
4. Have gone through Kaspersky settings and this issue only happens on TSPlus HTM5 environment.

Kindly advise how to go about getting this issue resolved.

Hello,

You should be able to disable these annoying Kaspersky pop ups directly in the settings of Kaspersky as it this option is available in most antivirus.
