TSPlus only allowing 1 login

Have TSPlus running 6.50 Printer Edition and it now only allows a single session when I have 5 license, I think the service has stopped and the servers normal RDP might me answering, what can I look for to confirm this diagnosticaly?

I advise you to update to our latest version using http://dl-files.com/UpdateRelease.exe

If the update program asks for an Update Code, please send us an email at support@terminalserviceplus.com

Updating will probbaly fix your issue, as our new versions are compatible with a lot more Windows updates.
As always, please backup your server before doing an update.
