Dual Monitors with Web Client

Post by TSPlusSMD » Wed Apr 15, 2015 4:06 pm

Version 8.10.3.28: When using dual monitors and hitting the “min/max” Window button in the upper right it will make the window larger than the monitor so you lose access to the min/max/close buttons in the upper right.

How new is version 8? There seems to be a lot of bugs in it.....

Hello,

Could you post a screenshot so that we could understand what is the issue here ? It is important that we could be able to reproduce this if it needs to be corrected on our part.

Sure. I have removed the Dual Monitor option. Can you tell me where to re-instate it?

Hello,

Multi screen is supported on 2008/2012 and seven ultimate operating system. You can check the dual screen box and the span box in the client generator to match your preferences.

I do not use the client generator. I use the web client. Where do you set it in the web client?
