Administrator with only published application

Hi,

I think I made a rookie mistake, I published an application to all users on a cloud server and now when I access with the Administrator I can only see this application and thus I'm unable to access any other program. Is there any way arroud this?

Hello,

I think you already got an answer to this in a ticket so I will post it here anyway as it can be useful for all to know.

When logging in with your admin account, use ctrl + alt + end to open a task manager. Then click on open a new application, paste the following path : C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\UserDesktop\files and locate the admintool.exe program. Once the admin tool is launched, you will be able to assign the remote desktop to your admin user.
