HTML 5 Client Toolbar

I am new to TSPlus
The HTML 5 toolbar has a printer icon on it, which does nothing when clicked. What is this icon for?
Does the universal printer work with the HTML 5 client?

this icon is for used with mobile devices such as Ipad or android phones/tablets.
Yes the Universal Printer is supported with HTML5.
