Restrict user to 1 session keep session despite disconnect

I want to set up TS Plus for one user so that they can not have multiple sessions - they can only have one session - and that if they do lose their connection - ISP/network outage - then when the network comes back they can they will be taken to their last session - they will not be given a new session. I would let to set a time frame however in which they can do this. In no case however should they ever have two simultaneous sessions.

This can be done in the Admin Tool, click on the server tile and click on the "Group Policies (GPO)" button.
I attached a screenshot with your preferred settings.
