Installed OK but won't run app properly

After successful installation of tyrial software, I assigned ONE app to run automatically when the remote user logs on.
When "tested" locally the app runs OK.
When logging in remotely, either with created client, or with HTML5, the app loads, then the remote session immediately logs off.
Any ideas please?

Also, cannot run chrome. Have excluded it in antivirus Software, and also excluded "Chrome Patch" (whatever that is). Chrome loads but does nothing. Any ideas please?

Lastly, some arial fonts are being interpreted in remote session as MS Sans-serif,which is a cheap and dirty font. I have it set to 24 bit resolution, with DirectX on. so why the crappy fonts?

Hello,

Some applications needs to have a complete remote desktop to launch once before they can be executed as a unique application from a remote location. So my advice would be to do the following :

- Assign the remote desktop to your user.
- open a session with this user and launch your application to see if it works. if your application does not work with for this user because of NTFS rights or other you will be able to fix it and see an error message.
- If the application ran smoothly with a remote desktop then you can try again by re assigning the application to the user.

If your application still logs off the session then it means that your application launches a child process after killing its parent. TSplus will interpreter this as the application being closed leading to the closing of the session. To prevent this behavior from happening I recommend you to use the floating panel or the remote taskbar. The session will remain active as long as the user choose to logoff.

Regarding Chrome issues I recommend you to use this patch : dl-files.com/chromepatch.exe

I don't know why you are experiencing some font issues, could you mail me some screen captures at support @ terminalserviceplus.com ?
