TSPlus apparently has its hands in many different areas of Win 7. Since I've installed the product there have been a number of annoying UI issues. However, TSPlus seems to be doing its job admirably.
1) The desktop background keeps reverting to blue on my login, even though I'm not using TSPlus on that login
2) Certain programs visibly blink repeatedly when they should be in a static state
3) Running application icons jump to the right side of the taskbar and back repeatedly
4) Focus is lost at random i.e. a dialog box reverts to the background during use
5) Double clicking on an application data file fails to launch the associated app and displays an error dialog, but only sometimes.
Anyone have a solution for these problems?

Hello,
I will try to answer all of your questions here :
1) This is a normal behavior on older release of TSplus if you have not updated TSplus for a long time I recommend you to do so.
2) This means you have a task manager launched on the server, this issue should resolve itself when you close the task manager. There also may be a service to shut down on server side to prevent this, click start /execute and type services.msc, then locate the aero service and disable it.
3)I don't understand what you mean by "jumping icons"
4)same as point 2
5)same as point 2
