New interface
New interface
Hello,
We updated TSPlus and UI has completly changed. Applications/Users screen is worse than before because now we can not see what users have assigned applications as easly as before. Now we must select one by one (with so many clicks) to check, previously users with applications was in list bolded and on simply click we can change application.
Can you please return old UI for application assignation? Everything else is ok.

Re: New interface
Hello,
I understand that this may be confusing but we did this because people with large active directory were suffering from a very long time to display the list of users and groups. We will not go back to the old UI.

Re: New interface
I completely agree with SaleCar.
It is horrible now.
But as I understand, you had it working in a way that was good for many people and not so good for others. Your way to fix this situation was to make it a bit better to others (as they will still suffer from having to enter users one by one in a horrible way) and worse to all the many people that liked it the old way. I guess this makes sense somehow, before you had it bad to some people, now it is horrible to everybody. Sounds like communism.
Please, fix this.
Ivan

Re: New interface
Maybe best solution can be to have both ways
For example: UI like old way, with 2 panels, left with users/groups, right with applications.
Above 2 buttons: "All users/groups" and "Select user/group".
So, when open window, left panel will be empty by default.
If you press "All users/groups" - it will load all users (with checkboxes... like old way)
If you press "Select user/group" - it will load only one user/group in left panel. In this way you can add more than one user/group one by one
A that's it. Everybody happy (except devs

Re: New interface
Hi,
Yes, I was also "suprised" with the new UI of the Users/Groups.
I also prefer the old interface with an overview of all my users.
With the new interface I have to guess too much which name or group I have to enter.
So both ways would be excellent!
Best regards
Jeffrey

Re: New interface
Perfect! Both ways should be the solution.
Can we have it for Monday?

Re: New interface
Hello to you all,
I agree. This is really much more work for a lot off people. We have 8 servers and we have to search for all namens or look them up.
The solution of both interfaces seems to be the best solution.

Hello,
Since I want you to be happy TSplus admins I brought you back the original way of publishing and assigning application from latest version 11.80. Unzip the content into C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\UserDesktop\files and click on ApplicationControl.exe to launch it.

Re: New interface
Well,
That comment from Ivan really moved me to be honest :
We do not want TSplus to sound like communism now do we ?
