Re: Connection getting closed
Hello,
This means your application may not be suitable to be published as a unique application.
What happens frequently is that your application closes to launch a new application, and in this gap of time TSplus detects that no applications are running and logs off your remote session.
Sometimes an application requires a full profile to be created. In order to do so, you need to open a session once with a full remote desktop for each of your users. This issue can also occur because it got explorer.exe dependencies which is not an issue when a full remote desktop is launched.
I recommend you to first start with assigning the remote desktop or floating panel / remote taskbar. More information about this can be found here : https://www.terminalserviceplus.com/doc ... top-themes

Hello,
Have you the full remote desktop to a user and still face logoff after a short while ?
This may mean that you have an application being launched at logon that kills itself, resulting in the logoff.
Please also your license status in the licensing tile of the admin tool.

Re: Connection getting closed
Hi there ! We have similar problem with generated RemoteApp clients.
We have 30+ users who try to connect, but only 20 connections are made through RemoteApp clients. On the clients I can see after couple of seconds sign 'Logging off' and the session will close.
However when I try to connect with standard RDP, it will connect without problems. It doesn't look like there is such an application closing the session as when I try it later evening (less then 20 clients connected) it works flawlessly.
Another thing is, when I try to connect with seamless client, it works too.
We use the newest version of TSPlus unlimited printed edition on Windows server 2016.
2x6core Xeon gpu
128GB ram
SSD for system, HDD for database
Any ideas ?
Submitted a ticket with no answer so far...
Thank you !

Re: Connection getting closed
@Pklimczyk - No doubt you'll get this response from support:
They've been aware of it since at least April..."There is a limitation at the level of Windows 2016, we have been looking for the cause for a few weeks.
This limitation is not associated with TSplus, but with all RDP connection mechanisms.
We also found that Windows update is not in question, because even the first build of Windows 2016 (which dates from October 5, 2016) is concerned.
With the assign of the Microsoft Remote Desktop in AdminTool, it will not be possible to open more than 16 simultaneous sessions in RDP, RemoteApp and HTML5.
On the other hand, if one publishes applications with or without a launcher (Floating panel for example) it is possible to open more than 16 sessions.
If you use the same Windows account to open sessions, you can open more than 16 concurrent sessions."
Re: Connection getting closed
Hi !
Thank you for your response, Ive got this message from support:
"Hello,
There is an ongoing issue with remote app related to Windows update linking performance issue with the use of Windows Explorer and Remote App.
If you can, avoid to assign the remote desktop application to your users and prefer the use of the floating panel / remote taskbar / application panel and use a different connection method such as the RDP or the HTML5 client."
I can see from session manager, that 20 users can connect just fine, so maybe the limitation of 16 users just gone. Thats funny /not for me/ that when I buy license for unlimited users, only 16 of them can connect concurently. Now I tried generate RDP client for the same user and it connected without problem. (RemoteApp couldnt)
One more question: are RDP clients using GPU on the server side ? It is an old SUN server with enough memory and CPU, but VGA card is probably the basic one...

Re: Connection getting closed
Hello,
In some cases, having a good GPU can increase performance. This is true with applications containing rich graphic content such as animation, nice window transitioning etc.
